The National Sports & Physical Activity Convention 2025 (NSC25) is dedicated to advancing best practices that challenge norms and create meaningful impacts across exercise, play, recreation, and community sport participation.
This year’s theme, ‘Sports Impact on Society’, will spotlight the transformative power of sport, exploring its broader societal benefits with “Impact” as the central focus. As articulated by TAFISA, sport in all its forms – whether physical activity, grassroots sports, play, or recreation – has the unparalleled ability to transcend boundaries, foster inclusion, and build a better world. It bridges divisions of race, religion, gender, and ability, while promoting physical, mental, and social health and driving positive societal change.
NSC25 aligns with this vision, bringing together diverse sectors, peak bodies, and community leaders to showcase how sport can truly transform society. Through collaborative policy discussions and strategic initiatives, the conference aims to demonstrate how Sport for All can shape a brighter future for current and upcoming generations.
Building on the success and insights of NSC24, the NSC25 program is designed to engage a larger and more diverse audience. NSC25 will provide a broader scope of opportunities to foster growth, collaboration, and innovation across the sports and recreation sector.
