The National Sports & Physical Activity Convention is being held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) with accessible hotels, easy transport connections and social opportunities, we aim to make the NSC as easy to attend as possible.

The closest train station is Southern Cross. Once you exit the station, you can catch the 96, 109 or 12 tram routes and arrive at MCEC via tram stop 124A (Casino/MCEC) outside the Clarendon Street entrance. For further public transport trip planning, use Public Transport Victoria’s Journey Planner.
If travelling from Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine Airport) there are taxi’s available from outside your terminal or you can request an Uber by following the signs outside your terminal to the pick up zones. You can also get the Skybus, which has a service called the Southbank Docklands Express that stops at the Clarendon Street entrance of MCEC.
The Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre has many accommodation choices close by, including the Pan Pacific Melbourne and Novotel Melbourne South Wharf connected directly to MCEC via private internal walkways. NSC2022 has negotiated discounted accommodation rates for attendees with both the Pan Pacific Melbourne and Novotel Melbourne South Wharf.

When do tickets go on sale?
Registration for the National Sports & Physical Activity Convention will open on 8th March 2022.
How much do tickets cost?
Pricing for the National Sports & Physical Activity Convention starts from $1095+GST pp for Early Bird Association Rate.
What’s included in my delegate pass?
A Full Delegate Pass includes access to all NSC Conference Sessions, the NSC Oration and Networking, the Community Sport & Recreation Expo, and access to the NSC Academy, which includes presentations from previous NSC’s; in-depth interviews with speakers and industry leaders, NSC Forum 2020 and the recordings of NSC21 presentations post-event.
Is there a group booking discount?
Yes – if you are a current member of an NSC Collaborator, you have access to the discounted Association rate for your ticket. If booking multiple tickets at the Association Rate, you must hold an organizational membership (not an individual membership) of the Association.
NSC also offers a group discount rate – if purchasing five (5) tickets you only pay for four (4), a saving of 20% on the ticket price. All five registrations must be completed at the same time to receive the discount rate.
NSC Collaborator Association members also receive a Member Discount when they register for the National Sports Convention. Contact your Association Collaborator for your special discount code.
How do I receive my delegate pass?
Following the completion of your registration and payment, you will receive an email confirmation. Your delegate pass will be available for collection at the NSC registration desk on arrival.

Will there be a delegate list available?
Yes, a delegate e-list (name, position and organisation only) will be available to registered delegates and exhibitors 2 days prior to the event. Delegates will have the opportunity to opt out if they do not wish to share their details.
How can my organisation be involved in sponsorship for the event?
