The National Sports & Physical Activity Convention | IAKS 2024 is being held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) / Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Country with accessible hotels, easy transport connections and social opportunities, we aim to make the NSC | IAKS as easy to attend as possible.
The MCEC operates a safe environment for all visitors, with their VenueSafe Plan available online here.
The MCEC was the first convention centre in the world to be awarded a 6-star green star environmental rating, and continues to lead the way as a sustainable event destination, with their five-year sustainability strategy.

The National Sports & Physical Activity Convention is a collaborative event, created by the industry, for the industry – with a simple ethos of providing opportunities to network, increase capacity and capability of the industry by appreciating good practice globally and from across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
