UN Climate Change invites sports organisations to join a new climate action for sport movement, aiming at supporting and guiding sports in achieving global climate change goals.

The Sports Environment Alliance (SEA) founders Malcolm Speed AO and Dr Sheila Nguyen believe that sport has the power to influence – and want the sport industry to be a megaphone for tackling environmental health at all levels of sport.

Greg Dingle Lecturer, Sport Management at La Trobe University will explore the key concepts for the sport-climate relationship, and possible frameworks for organisations to respond to climate challenges including the UN’s Framework Convention on Climate Change.
