National Sports and Physical Activity Convention | IAKS 2024 and Royal Life Saving partnered to support ten future leaders to attend the convention held in June.
The future leaders were able to participate in global discussions about the future of aquatic facility management, sports and physical activity trends, contemporary policy needs, connect with senior industry leaders, and take inspiration from international initiatives.
The highly respected convention is typically targeted at executive leaders. This scholarship lowered access barriers and empowered a younger cohort to attend and engage with senior leaders from across the ecosystem.
